What are your shipping regulations for orders shipped
within the US?
FAXADEAL can ship
to any business or residential area as long as a physical
address is provided. All packages, regardless of destination,
require signature at delivery time. Delays should be expected
with all parcels going to PO Boxes. Shipments going to
hotels, or motels, must be prepaid with a money order
issued by a US bank. Shipping rates are based on zip code
locations and calculated in shopping cart prior to checkout.

Overseas orders require
prepayment via wire transfer for orders placed on the
website. Suitable arrangements are available by contacting

How can I check the current status of an order, or change

All orders are processed
within 24 hours of being placed. If any item is temporarily
out of stock, notification will be made by phone or e-mail
as soon as possible. One to two business days from the
date of order should be allotted before calling (800)
770-7496 or to retrieve a tracking number on-line on your
shipment. To make any type of change to your order after
it has already been processed call our customer service

Typographical Errors
In the event a product
is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information
due to typographical error or error in pricing or product
information, faxadeal.com shall have the right to refuse
or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the
incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit
card has already been charged for the purchase and your
order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit
card account in the amount of the charge.

What are your policies for warranties and returns?
No Returns. All
items covered under the manufacturer's original warranty
will be repaired at no cost to you. We will gladly repair
merchandise past the manufacturer's warranty at a charge.
Merchandise being returned for repair must be repacked
properly insured and marked on the outside box with a
Returned Merchandise Authorization issued by our return
department.
